  2. Storage: Store bowls in the provided carry bags or in a safe, impact-free location when not in use. Avoid high-traffic areas or surfaces where the bowls could fall.

  3. Cleaning: Gently wipe your bowl with a soft cloth and warm water to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals.

  4. Transporting: Use the padded carry bags to safely transport your bowls, ensuring they are cushioned to avoid chips or cracks. Do not store the mallets inside the bowls.

What are the bowls made of?
Our bowls are made of 99.99% pure crystal quartz; ensuring premium sound quality

Can there be a variation in the bowls?
We produce bowls with the main focus on accruate tuning and premium sound. That means, sometimes the shape and height of the bowls can vary ever so slightly, as all of these micro-adjustments factor into the sound that the bowl produces. There can also be slight varations in the design and look of the bowl, as each one will alway be unique.

How should I care for my bowls?
Handle with care, store in a safe area away from childern and animals (I get a lot of messages regarding cats breaking bowls!), and always play with the rubber o-ring to protect the base. Clean gently with damp soft soft cloth as needed. Stay present and go slow when packing and unpacking bowls.

Can I replace a bowl if it breaks?
Yes! If you need a replacement, contact us for the current price and shipping details. Please note: Transit damage is insured, but damages after unboxing are not covered.

What happens if a bowl breaks in transit?
Shipping insurance covers any damages incurred during transit. Please film your unboxing process to activate insurance coverage if needed.

What is your return policy?
Because each bowl is fragile, made to order, and carefully selected, we're unable to accept returns after purchase. Please reach out before ordering with any questions — we want you to feel completely confident before committing. If something is incorrect with your order, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Do customs fees apply?
Customs fees may vary by country and are the purchaser’s responsibility; we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, as international fees can change. USA orders have no custom fees.

How long does delivery take?
As a small business, we are only able to keep a few sets on hand here in Joshua Tree (come in person if you can!) Otherwise, if we don’t have you exact tuning or bowl on hand, producing bowls typically takes up to 6 weeks for a set with multiple bowls; or around 4 weeks for a single bowl- although some order may be fulfilled sooner!

Premium bowls are always kept on hand here in Joshua Tree and will ship within the week.

Delivery Policies

  • Shipping: All orders are carefully packaged with durable carry bags and padded materials to ensure safe transit. There are no USA custom fees for Dreamer Tones

  • Insurance: Shipping insurance is included for transit-related damages only.
